This terms of use (“Terms of Use”) govern your use of our website https://www.kplor.com/ ("Platform") and product offered through the Platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Offerings") which are owned, controlled and operated by Mindshift Labs Private Limited ("Company" or "Kplor"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

These Terms of Use constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and are published in accordance with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Permitted Users

• You must be legally competent to contract under applicable law.

• No alteration or modification of any part.
• You must provide accurate login information.
• You cannot transfer your access to another person or entity.

• Outages may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
• You're responsible for ensuring your own access setup (device, software, internet).

• All content and design are the property of Kplor.
• Do not use trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

Use of the Offerings

The service is currently in beta and under active development. Features may change. User feedback is appreciated.

Unauthorized Use

The platform is solely for educational purposes. Misuse includes:

• Asking non-academic questions.
• Initiating inappropriate discussions (e.g. violent, NSFW content).
• Removing proprietary marks or engaging in prohibited actions like hacking or overloading servers.

Violations may result in revocation of access and legal action.

User Content

You confirm that you have rights to any input (text, image, video, etc.) you provide. The resulting content (“Output”) generated from your input will be processed by algorithms for informational purposes.

Privacy Policy

Use of the Offerings is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Company Rights

The Company reserves the right to investigate any violations and take appropriate legal action, including involving law enforcement if necessary.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and related parties against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Offerings or breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Offerings are provided as a convenience. The Company disclaims liability for any loss or damage (including data loss or system errors) arising from use or inability to use the platform. This clause survives in perpetuity.

The AI Tutor is an educational tool, not a substitute for human educators. It may occasionally produce inaccurate or outdated responses. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on the Output.

The Output is generated via algorithms and is intended for informational use only. It is not professional or legal advice.
